Eleanor & Park Book Review

Eleanor & Park is the story of two star-crossed lovers written by Rainbow Rowell. Rainbow Rowell is one of my favorite writers. The magic she does with words is what every reader craves. She knows how to make her readers connect with the story and make them live it.
The story is all about finding your first love and letting yourself get lost in the pleasure of being consumed by it. Rowell in an interview said "I've always, always wanted to write first love story. I feel like, when you're 16, you've the greatest ever capacity for romantic love. You fall in love with every cell of your body. But at the same time, at that age, you've so little to offer the person you love. You don't belong to yourself quite yet - you still have school & your parents, your own space - and you also know that what you're feeling probably won't last. First love usually doesn't. There's a built-in tragedy to falling (truly) in love when you're 16.It's like every 16-year-old in love is either Romeo or Juliet. That is what I wanted to write about."

Eleanor and park come from different family backgrounds it's like they're opposite forces which should repel each other but somehow these opposite forces break the rules and find their ways to one another. Eleanor is big red-head girl, with strange dressing mostly men's clothing she comes from an unstable family. She's more like a meek. Park is a 16-year-old Korean guy who's mostly quiet with headphones in ears reading comics. He likes wearing black and eyeliner too which his father definitely doesn't like.
These two misfits when meet each other it's like finding what each of them has missed in their lives. Together they experience the most pleasurable yet dangerous moments. With every touch, every word they come closer and closer until the time when everything changes and all they get is nothing but an everlasting connection towards each other even after getting separate.
